This Privacy Policy outlines how Libatious Corporation (“Libatious,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — a U.S.-based company incorporated in the State of Delaware — collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Libatious, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily submit, including:

• Name and email address (e.g., during account creation or support requests).
• Cocktail ratings, cocktail proportions, photos, taste preferences, and responses to in-app surveys.
• Messages or content you submit through contact forms or feedback tools.

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

• Device data (device type, operating system, browser version).
• Usage information (pages or screens viewed, time spent in-app or on the website, navigation patterns).
• Log and diagnostic data (IP address, access times, crash reports, etc.).

Note: The collection of device and usage data is consistent across our app and website unless otherwise specified.

If you connect your Libatious account with third-party services (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Google, Meta), we may receive associated profile data in accordance with your permissions on those platforms.

We may use the collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Libatious app and website.
• Personalize the cocktail recommendation experience based on user inputs and preferences.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
• Send service-related updates or promotional content (only with consent).
• Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and analyze performance.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share data under the following conditions:

If you delete your Libatious account through the app, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless we are required to retain certain data for legal or compliance reasons.

We do retain your anonymized information after your account has been deleted to further improve application performance and cocktail recommendation accuracy.

While we strive to protect your information, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

The Libatious platform is intended only for individuals aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the legal drinking age. If we become aware of such data, it will be promptly deleted.

 If you use our services, we may send you notifications through the app or through your device's operating system. You can control these messages in your device settings or by using the in-app notification settings. 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you through the app or our website. The latest version will always show the “Last Updated” date.
